General Site Content (images, page code, etc.)

All images presented on the XGENApplications.com web site are restricted from usage in any manner not authorized by XGEN Applications with the exception of the following:

Any image for which a notation has been made within the content of the page stating that the image is the property of another person or organization. Any notations will state the name of the owner to the best of our knowledge.
Any image contained in a "post" or message within an XForum discussion group is not protected under this copyright notice unless a copyright notice for XGEN Applications has been included within the message.

All individual scripting files used within XGENApplications.com are restricted from usage in any manner not authorized by XGEN Applications.
Example: A file named format.js containing script code is referenced by functions in the page. The contents of format.js are protected under this notice.

Any scripting code contained in the source of any page on the XGENApplications.com site is the property of XGEN Applications to the extent justified by common sense.
Example: a common script line which automatically creates a favorite to the current page would NOT be protected by this notice. However a block of 50 lines which, as a complete process, affects the automation or processing of the page would be protected.
Rule of thumb: Individual lines of code are not protected, but the combination of code lines to affect a certain process is protected.

Any third-party textual content for which a notation has been made within the page stating that the content is the property of another person is not covered under this notice.

Applications, Components, Programs, and other products:

The copy or usage of any XGEN Applications: software component, software application, Active Server Page script, Cold Fusion script, or other miscellaneous scripted web process; is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of XGEN Applications or Patrick Greene (CEO).

Each lawfully obtained item listed above will be accompanied by a license and usage agreement which outlines the extent to which the item may be used. This license, when accompanied by proof of purchase, will act as written consent for the holder to use the item within the boundaries outlined by the agreement.

Advertisement Banners and images:

All advertising banners and/or images presented on the XGENApplications.com web site are restricted from usage in any manner not authorized by XGEN Applications with the exception of the following:

Advertisements or images depicting a product or service NOT related to XGEN Applications.
